Order Processing

  • Personalized Products: Personalized products take 3-5 business days to be made after the design is approved. If the design does not require approval, please allow an extra business day for designing the items. If a design proof is required by the customer, please allow 48-72 business hours to receive it. The design will be automatically approved after 72 hours if no response is received.
  • Non-Personalized Products: Orders for non-personalized products will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Warehouses and Delivery Times

Orders can be shipped from different warehouses located in Spain, the United States, and Venezuela. Each warehouse has a different delivery time which will be shown when placing the order.

Delivery and Processing Times

Please note that during busy times (such as Christmas and Mother's Day), delivery and processing times can be extended without notice. While we strive to provide an expected delivery date, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Delays can happen at any time, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Busy Seasons: During high-demand seasons, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please expect longer processing and delivery times.
