• First design sample: 1-2 business days

• Approval and changes: 2-3 business days - your feedback important here! If you ask for a design sample, make sure to reply to our emails as soon as possible, and if there's no emails from us, check your spam or contact us (If you deselect the design sample option, we can skip this step).

• Production: 1-2 business days. If we're near Christmas, these times can be extended.

• Quality check and packaging: 1 business day.
